- Has new tubes, new reformer, and new shift converter catalyst.

Engineered by Hydro-Chem built in 1980. . Plant was shut down in mid 2012, and proper shutdown procedures were followed. Reformer tubes are 6.625" OD, 5.25" ID, 30.825" long and made of alloy HP50 (also known as 25/35)

Plant is offered removed, reconditioned, with EPC and supervision for installation (installation labor by customer - all obligations clearly listed in the proposal document). Plant originally ran in Oklahoma in 2018 for 6 months and has now been removed and stored in Houston. Was operating as a syngas generation plant but will be modified by adding a Water Gas Shift unit, an optional Pre-Reformer unit (added cost) and a Pressure Swing Adsorption unit. - This plant was just inspected by the manufacturer in Dec 2021 and all pieces are still there except for some water piping.
- The manufacturer notes that this plant is in good condition and very little CapEx will be needed to start the equipment back up. Customer will have to make its own determination.

Greenline 5 MGY plant complete. Very good condition, built in 2007 and just idled in Sept 2021. In all 15 years of production, this plant did not have more than 3 weeks downtime - designed very well. Production was all animal fat at <4% ffa. It could also run Choice white grease, lard, tallow, brown grease. The front end operation has an Alfa Laval PX centrifuge. Includes an extensive spare parts inventory with spares for every major piece of equipment in the plant. Has an enclosed load out area and a chiller/filter press to meet cold soak requirements for biodiesel, Includes tank farm with (10) 30,100 gallon vertical tanks with insulation, side entering agitators, and electrical insertion heaters. 4 for B-100, 4 for feedstock, 1 for crude glycerin, and 1 for methanol. The BN rail line is next door and BN approved a switch onto property but rail line was never built. This is an orderly negotiated asset sale - all assets must move. Land and buildings are not included. Owner is open to an operating lease agreement as well to run in place.

The overall refinery is designed to be a 150 T/D soybean processing plant and a 50 T/D refinery with a majority of the technology provided by the Chinese engineering company Wuhan Friendship Food Engineering Co, LTD. The majority of equipment is of Chinese origin but also incudes US manufacturers of major equipment (presses, centrifuge, chillers). Offering complete, for sale as a single entity. Most equipment is inside a building and is protected from weather. Crush includes (3) Dupps presses, cooker, hammermill at meal storage. Refinery includes Alfa Laval degumming and ww centrifuges, bleach, deodorization. Quoted as Complete Plant for run-in-place including land and buildings. This syngas unit was designed by Hydro-Chem (now Linde) to use landfill gas and / or natural gas to produce synthesis gas, which is then converted into paraffinic naphtha, diesel and wax by Fischer-Tropsch process. Major Equipment of this unit includes Reformers #1 & #2, Feed Heater, Feed Superheater, Hydrodesulfurizer, Flue Gas Steam Generator, Reformer Effluent Steam Generator, Dirty & Clean Steam Drums and Blowdown Drum. The syngas output flow rate is 15.7 MMSCFD (or 18,500 Nm3/hr) at 500 °F and 175 psig. Ran in Oklahoma in 2016 for only a few months. Now removed and stored. - 1,872 KSCFH of Gaseous Nitrogen (GN2) at 400 psig
- 74 KSCFH of Liquid Nitrogen (LN2)
- 23.9 KSCFH of Liquid Argon (LAR) Less than 1 PPM 02 and less than 1 PPM N2
- 305 KSCFH of waste N2 (gaseous nitrogen)
The plant has a film-type main vaporizer with two BAHX closed cores supplied by Sumitomo and is equipped with an alumina/CaBaX air purification system.
The natural gas fired heater provides heat regeneration. The HP column has trays; the LP column and two argon columns are packed columns. Argon production is “cryo-argon” type. Liquid dumping is through forced air dump vaporizer.

Allen Bradley plc controls. Still installed. Plant never met nameplate capacity but average rate was between 6 to 8.7 MGY. In operation from 2020 to late 2021. Includes all in-process tanks, The 18 outside storage tanks are available on Asset 2365 and Asset 2366.

Ethanol plant including all assets, buildings, and approx 25 acres of land for sale. Plant has nameplate rating of 38 MGY (million gallons per year). Includes coal fired HRSG and CHP plant rated at 4 MW. This plant was tested in 2009, but never produced. Idled in 2009 - assets are clean, empty, and shiny. Lurgi design modified by Fagen Engineering built in 2008-2009. Process is corn dry mix fermentation. Most of the equipment is still there although it missing the decanters, air compressors, hammermills, boiler, cooling tower, some tanks, some pumps, some electrical. ***CHP Package:*** Combined Heat and Power provided steam for the operation and 4 MW power at 12.4 KV. The package includes EPI Outetec coal fired combustor, fly ash control and silo, and Rentech HRSG generating steam at 130,000 lbs/hr at 650 psig for turbine generator + export steam of 125,000 lb/hr at 150 psig to the operation. Gen-Set Package (Includes Murray Turbine, Ideal Generator, Lube system, and control panel). Output is 5000 KVA at 12.4 KV 60 Hz 3 phase. Was guaranteed at 4,012 KW. The steam turbine and generator are skidded together, Lube Oil skid separate. Length of unit approx 26'-7" x Width of unit approx 10'-1". System integrated by Murray Turbine.
