All statements below are for clarification and information only. The Bill of Sale is the sole governing contract and agreement between buyer, seller and Solutions 4 Manufacturing, and their agents.
    Third Party Equipment
    Some equipment is owned by third parties and the Bill of Sale will be between that party and the buyer.

    As Is, Where Is
    All equipment is sold in its current state as is, where is.  It is the buyers responsibility to assess condition and suitability. The buyer is responsible for removing purchased equipment.

    Payment
    Payment is to be made in readily accessible funds such as certified check or wire transfer. Payment must be received prior to equipment removal.  Payment instructions are available with all details.

    Pick-up
    Equipment removal and pick up can be Monday - Friday with as much advance notice as possible, but no less than 2 business days. Buyer must have the completed, signed Bill of Sale, and been given the OK for removal from Solutions 4 Manufacturing.
