### Ethanol plant 38 MGY (partial) and CHP 4 MW ###
Ethanol plant including all assets, buildings, and approx 25 acres of land for sale. Plant has nameplate rating of 38 MGY (million gallons per year). Includes coal fired HRSG and CHP plant rated at 4 MW. This plant was tested in 2009, but never produced. Idled in 2009 - assets are clean, empty, and shiny. Lurgi design modified by Fagen Engineering built in 2008-2009. Process is corn dry mix fermentation. Most of the equipment is still there although it missing the decanters, air compressors, hammermills, boiler, cooling tower, some tanks, some pumps, some electrical. ***CHP Package:*** Combined Heat and Power provided steam for the operation and 4 MW power at 12.4 KV. The package includes EPI Outetec coal fired combustor, fly ash control and silo, and Rentech HRSG generating steam at 130,000 lbs/hr at 650 psig for turbine generator + export steam of 125,000 lb/hr at 150 psig to the operation. Gen-Set Package (Includes Murray Turbine, Ideal Generator, Lube system, and control panel). Output is 5000 KVA at 12.4 KV 60 Hz 3 phase. Was guaranteed at 4,012 KW. The steam turbine and generator are skidded together, Lube Oil skid separate. Length of unit approx 26'-7" x Width of unit approx 10'-1". System integrated by Murray Turbine.
